NEW in winter 2009/10: New dining-hall and new superior-rooms, WLAN in the hotel. Our prices understand themselves per person and day for a double room with a minimum stay of 3 days. For a stay of less than 3 days, an extra pay of 10% per day will be charged.
Lump sums for a week: The prices understand themselves per person for 7 days from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday, including the mentioned services.
Arrival & departure On the day of the arrival, the booked rooms are available from 2pm onwards and on the departure day we ask you to leave your room by 9:30am. We need this period of time in order to clean and caringly prepare the room for the arriving guests. We thank you very much for your understanding! If you do not arrive by 8pm on the arrival day, we ask you to inform us about this fact in advance.
Single bedrooms We charge an extra pay of 30 % according to our pricelist for the single use of double bedrooms
Overnight stay with breakfast only For overnight stays with breakfast only, you will be credited with 10.00 € of the half-board price per day and person.
Dogs: are very welcome! However, we ask for your understanding that dogs are not permitted to enter the dining-hall and the lounge. (Service charge: 5.00 € per day, food is not included). Please inform us in advance!
Reservations: In case of confirmed reservations, we ask you to make an advance payment amounting to 150.00, which counts as cancellation fee as the case may be, via eurocheque or bank transfer.
Cancellations: In case of an early departure or a delayed arrival, the room is charged for the agreed period of time.
Non-smoker rooms: All rooms are non-smoker rooms.
Methods of payment: We point out that the hotel bill can very well be paid cash, via eurocheque, cash card or credit card. We would like to inform you, that according to the current law, payments in cash can only be accepted for a maximum amount of 999 Euro.
